JAURE is a premium spring water of exceptional purity, naturally protected for millions of years within ancient granite bedrock in Lapland, Sweden. Available still or delicately sparkling, it offers a refined and balanced mineral profile (pH 7.9).

Launched in France in January 2025, Jaure operates from its Paris-based office. Their strategy focuses on premium HoReCa, upscale and corporate events, and partnerships with companies, brands, catering services, and private jet caterers. For exclusive brands, Jaure also offers co-branding opportunities on labels, caps, or bottles.
