The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in France organises a series of 2 virtual roundtables to discuss, brainstorm and share best-practice on organizational transformation and challenges in terms of competences, technology, and social connections.

Vol 1: Satellite offices and offshorable models

From the model Work From Office (WFO) to Work From Home (WFH), are We going for the Work From Anywhere (WFA) model? What could be the challenges in terms of management, organisational processes and KPIs.
