The Swedish brand Gudrun Sjödén is opening its first store in France – right in the heart of Paris – and is now hiring a full-time Store Manager for the new location.

Gudrun Sjödén is known for its vibrant design, artistic expression and strong focus on sustainability. Their collections of clothing and home textiles, created with care in natural materials, are worn by women all over the world. This new Paris opening marks an exciting next step for the brand’s international journey.

As Store Manager, you will have a key role in launching this exciting new venture, building your own team, and creating a warm, inspiring store environment.

About the role

As Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are hands-on, proactive and passionate about both people and visual storytelling.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the store team
• Recruiting and training new staff
• Setting the staff roster, follow-up on sales figures and budget responsibility
• Ensuring a visually appealing store aligned with our concept and values
• Collaborating closely with our Stockholm-based HQ to implement campaigns and initiatives

They are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in retail management with staff responsibility, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
• Speaks fluent French and English (Swedish is a plus)
• Is results-driven, structured and has excellent customer service skills
• Has a creative eye for colour, display and visual merchandising
• Shares our values of sustainability, inclusivity and quality
